Fall is
coming soon. I can feel it with the chilly temperature and the earlier sunset.
I can’t believe that it’s been a year since I’ve arrived at Baltimore. Whether
I really like the city or not, I guess I’m on the fence. Once I got used to the
city, it wasn’t that bad anymore. Touch wood, nothing serious happened. So far,
it’s been treating me nicely and may that track record continue. I’d like to
stick around for another year or so. I didn’t think I’d be adjusting well to
the city without Carmen’s help. Even so, I did well with exploration myself.
Something is regretful, missing almost from the atmosphere here.
I miss Kuala Lumpur and Kalamazoo badly for one main reason; companionship. I wasn’t able to make many close ones over here. As most of my problems are mainly situational-based, I am left to rant over here. Even so, I don’t do so often. But I promise you, I’m doing just fine.
