Q: It's so lonely when you don't even know yourself.

Someone really needs to do something about the gun laws of this country. Shootings are rampant, yet nothing is done about outlawing this dangerous weapon. It is so easy to own a pistol, you're but perhaps five clicks away from getting your own personal bodyguard online. I don't understand how can people even have the heart to hold such a thing, let alone having it within the vicinity of your family members and your child(ren). That's probably the one policy I am glad Malaysia didn't have; for I believe guns itself is a reason to fire. Though I have to agree that it may be a lost cause trying to ban guns in the States, judging by the many years they have been present as commercial supplies enough perhaps, to buy over Ethiopia.

We're still talking about the Connecticut shooting incident, and Brooklyn's and Arizona's, the list continues. Being an international student doesn't make us any less sensitive to news that affects society in general, think about it. This same case could have happen at your workplace or your school. CarmenS and I sat at Starbucks, enjoying each other company and drinks (she offered to buy my coffee anyway). The refreshing aftertaste of that peppermint mocha still lingered despite us parting a good hour later. I cannot simply bring myself to begin working on my take home finals exam. Heck. What a gloomy day.

Today is also the day I became a hero by defeating Terask! Oh my, what a shiny trophy you are.
