Watching American Idol Grand Finale right now. The ever popular Phillip Phillips who has never been bottom two versus power house Jessica Sanchez showdown deserves my two hours. It is rare to be all suspended on who is to win it and I am taking care not to upset anybody who deems otherwise. I like Phillips from the start, since audition days because of his quirkiness and the fact that he shares a similar name with someone I bully back in Kzoo. Now that I've mentioned it, bastard must be back already. Gonna goreng him nicely for the postcard he sent me. Bah, I digress. Jessica is one of the best I've heard on AI. So she's great too, but she sings songs that are too old for a sixteen year old. Then again, how many songs are good for power vocals lately? Limited choices, like the menu of the bak kut teh restaurant here in Puchong. Yet, she pulls through to top two, like how the restaurant remained packed every night. Clary is crooning on Ryan Seacrest now.
