E: Day 02 - MGCC 2012

Since the negotiation with Raymond about swapping booth keepers failed, I had to remain content about returning to MGCC and try that much harder to persuade potential customers to help clear the stock. We met at the parking lot the night before, passing exchanging a number of stocks to better suit the events. How sneaky it felt, almost like the nasty drug dealing, we had to move fast and one of us held too much cash in the pocket to be carelessly flaunting about, not with the increasing crime rate. Despite the minor upset yesterday, we’ve come back feeling a whole lot cheerful, hoping the Milo truck comes again (it didn’t) and not hoping the creepy dude return.

Five minutes upon arrival, he did but his prey was quick at her heels, disappearing to a nearby booth. I hadn’t got time to speak kind words, simply choosing to be busy than look him in the eyes. He left shortly, thanks a many to this unnamed female cosplayer. Poor girl. I totally get it why she had a scared look on her face even though I could scarcely hear their conversation. Why, a couple of familiar faces returned for a Hi5 and some tough bargaining. Rei’s the best. She caught me off-guard as I was checking out my booth and making sure things were in placed orderly. Did I mention she bought a Totoro hat? Sweet! That’s seven Totoro’s in two days.

After a bar of Mentos, two buns, and a bottle of 1.5, closing time came earlier than I thought. Davion was ill and we had to get Ika back home early for her David Choi concert. And I had to layan my relatives before seeing them boys again at midnight for mamak. Overall, a satisfying weekend and with just one bottle of Vitagen left, I have to head to Giant for more.

That's a confession.
