Q: You think we all superman meh?

I am glad to have started behaving, though honestly I started on it too late. But better than nothing I suppose. You see, I’ve incorporated compulsory sit up, leg raise, crunches, and planking into my daily routine. As I go about eating unnecessarily expensive amount of calories, I can smile guilt-free, knowing that I am working out. Well, it’s not excessive exercise anyway. What’s a 30 minute workout going to do? Harmless. And small efforts add up overtime. Before you know it, I might spot more than an ab. You get where I’m getting at huh?
