E: Happy New Year 2011!

With all that commotion, we headed down to Downtown Kalamazoo in hope to see some giganto fireworks lighting up the night skies. Just a peek and we would have gone home to play some Cluedo, extracting rumors after rumors till finally, we catch our villian. A slow pacing whole minute display of fairy lights, and then no more, as KrugerL put it, "You should one day drive to Las Vegas. It's WAY better over there." But to me, the best (and most meaningful) fireworks has already been witness. *winks* You know who you are and what you've done during 2008's New Year.

As expected, I received a couple of texts and phone calls to wish me a better new year. How do these people know that 2010 has been terrible or what not, one can only guess. I believe it is all in the mechanics of mere words. Oh well, better to have some than none. Called MelC, PL, DaiYi and Pika to wish them. I love these people's reaction when you call them out of the blues and yell over the phone. Either they will choose to yell back, pause a lil, or merely come up with their own funny counterattack, leaving you speechless beyond anything else imagined before.

I've not been sleeping well lately. Don't know why, but it is either because I have not been keeping track of my sleeping hours, or perhaps it is because my roommate would be up till 4am singing her lungs out. Every night brings a new dream too. Weird, cos I'd end up being so tired the next morning, I would wake at 2pm with slight headaches. There were interesting ones; no nightmares, just plain random dreams involving random people. One included RyanA getting a bag of pisang goreng (yes, random) and sharing it with us in his room. The pisang goreng was airmailed by his sister! Next dream was a dramatic spat action between SiaoHui and ShetaT over what I should be eating for lunch. Another had the gang eating at some mamak place and we see MelC ordering three layered tea (with American accent) and we arteri-kao her; more such messy ones that I couldn't remember. However, SaiYi is almost always in it, strange as it seems. Might be, maybe, I miss her a lot.

So I would enlighten SiaoHui and ShetaT about my recent discoveries. Theories of dream meanings sprouted like springtime mushrooms;

a) If you can remember a dream, it would most likely not happen.
(Okay...I really liked some of them tho...)
b) If you can't remember a dream, it would most likely happen.
(So, if it's a nightmare, force yourself to recall it.)
c) If you can't remember, but choose to tell, it would most likely not happen.
(Tsk. You think they would make things easy for you.)
d) If you dream about that person, most likely that person is missing you.
(Hahaa^^ More like a reminder to give that person a call. But I like this reasoning better.)
e) Anything that involves going through a tunnel, bananas, and caves signifies sexual encounters.

Well, that's pretty much my new year's day. Gonna go feed three hungry kitties. Can picture them pawing for food. Will upload some pics of them soon. :)
